Finsea is equipped with a computer system for the management of whistleblowing, which allows to report potential violations to the company in a completely anonymous or confidential way (at the discretion of the informer), providing protection against all forms of retaliation or discrimination. In line with the forecasts of the Anti-Corruption System and the Model of organization, management and control ex D.lgs 231\/01, an alternative reporting channel is also available via WhatsApp on the dedicated number 347 2337721<\/a> (only written messages). The channel allows the sending of confidential reports, which will be managed by the appointed Contact Person. Everyone has the opportunity to contact Finsea: employees, suppliers, consultants or, more generally, stakeholders in relation to Finsea. Through the Compliance Department, Finsea ensures the analysis of all reports received and the collection of objective elements aimed at the adoption of measures to correct the violations found. The reporting person will always be informed of the outcome of investigations into what he reports. The channel allows the sending of confidential reports, which will be managed by the appointed Contact Person. Everyone has the opportunity to contact Finsea: employees, suppliers, consultants or, more generally, stakeholders in relation to Finsea. Through the Compliance Department, Finsea ensures the analysis of all reports received and the collection of objective elements aimed at the adoption of measures to correct the violations found. The reporting person will always be informed of the outcome of investigations into what he reports.
