In a year that was very complex for transportation in almost all European countries, within the Finsea Group, the beacon of the exceptional transport department, led by Bruno Canova along with his team: Roberto Gentilucci and Dario Scarfone, shines bright. This year, they achieved a +35% increase compared to 2022, nearly reaching a thousand transports per year. A tremendous result to celebrate!
Also noteworthy is the performance of the conventional transport sector led by Cristina Lemmi and Nicol\u00f2 Fazio, which in 2023 doubled its transports, thanks also to the push from the cruise ship construction industry.<\/p>\n

In 2023, MTO also strengthened its commercial department: one of the Group\u2019s major strengths has always been the human relationship with customers, still based on face-to-face meetings and exchanges in a world that is slowly shifting relationships into a digital sphere. For us, one of the elements that make a difference is therefore the professionalism of our people, their ability to relate. This is the case with Giorgia Gestro, who after an internal journey through various departments, independently handled her first commercial visit and took on the role of outside sales. A new adventure also for Alessandro Benelli, who, shortly after joining the team, moved from customer care to the commercial department, strengthening the inside sales team.<\/p>\n
