The first year of the new Finsea brand structure has come to a close, marking a journey that encouraged collective reflection on what makes our Group strong and cohesive: our values.<\/p>\n
During intra-group meetings, we discussed the foundations that guide our work and chose to tell their story in an original way, transforming them into a project that blends professionalism with conviviality.<\/p>\n
This led to the creation of the Values Calendar, an initiative designed to share with colleagues, clients and stakeholders the spirit that defines us. Each month, a value was paired with a culinary recipe, reflecting our belief that values are not abstract principles, but ingredients that add flavour to relationships and collaboration. <\/p>\n
A creative and engaging way to express that what unites us in the workplace can also accompany us at the table, strengthening our sense of community and reinforcing the Group\u2019s culture.<\/p>\n
