The Business Units
Solutions for every phase of the logistics chain
Our activity is structured in four core business activities (shipping agency, land transport, global logistics, group services) working in synergy to provide specialized solutions for every phase of the logistics chain.
We offer a wide range of services and logistical, administrative, and commercial support to both shipowners and ship operators as well as exporters, importers, and traders who manage goods in Italian, Slovenian, and Croatian ports through the major maritime routes.
Our main activity is the rail and road transport of goods. We guarantee our customers service at all Italian, Slovenian, and Croatian ports and on the main European routes: offering exclusive coverage in Italy.
Our core business encompasses all aspects of shipping: we study the best solution and mode of transport to move goods from one side of the world to the other safely, punctually, and efficiently. We offer our customers solutions by sea, land, and air, optimizing costs and times.
We began our experience in the world of cabotage, the transport of passengers and goods, as one of the protagonists in the privatization of Tirrenia, the former Italian state company. This activity continues today with two shipping companies, BluNavy and Ichnusa Lines.
Since 2017, we have been partners of the Genova Industrie Navali Group, one of the most important players in shipbuilding in the Mediterranean, capable of meeting all needs related to ship construction and repair, thanks to highly specialized professionals.
Finsea – Group services embody the essence of intra-group synergies, representing an essential basis and a driving force for efficiency and cohesion within Finsea. Our daily work is to centralize and optimize a series of key services.
