The Finsea Group has been a leader in Italian port logistics for almost 50 years, and is now undergoing a strategic transformation to respond effectively to the needs of the logistics and transport market. This process has led to the creation of four specialized business units: Shipping Agency, Land Transport, Global Logistics and Group Services.

Finsea – Shipping agency provides support to shipowners and naval operators, as well as exporters, importers and traders, offering logistical and administrative assistance. A reference point for both regular liner traffic and spot operations of tramp vessels due to its extensive experience.

Finsea – Land transport is designated to road and rail transport, ensuring safe and efficient solutions at every stage of the logistics chain.

Finsea – Global logistics coordinates and manages shipments by sea, air and land, also taking care of customs procedures, offering a complete and integrated service.
Finsea – Group services, which provides intra-group support in areas such as administration, IT, communication, marketing, human resources, quality, health, safety and environment (QHSE) and real estate management.

This reorganization is the result of a process of integration of the Group’s companies, with the aim of a more targeted and rapid response to the market. Finsea aims at a complete synergy between the new operating units; based on 50 subsidiaries and affiliates, and a consolidated turnover of approximately 80 million euros and with more than a 250 employees.

Togther with the reorganisation of its activities, the Group has launched an important renewal process of its brand identity. While maintaining the authenticity of the Finsea brand to ensure continuity and recognisation, the Group’s companies are being rebranded thus gradually merging into the new business units.

In addition to the core activities, Finsea has two complementary units:
Finsea – Shipping yards, which offer refitting, repair and new shipbuilding services.
Finsea – Shipping lines, active in passenger transport.

Finsea, founded in the 1970s, has expanded and consolidated its skills and position as a reference point in the logistics and port sector. The Group continues to evolve and be ready to face future challenges with a clear vision, focused specifically on innovation and diversification.
