Rolli Days 2025: supporting beauty and the local heritage

In 2025, the Finsea Group once again supported one of the most captivating cultural events in the region: the Rolli Days, held over the weekends of 26–27 April, 3–4 May and 17–19 October.

The Rolli Days celebrate Genoa’s Rolli system — the historic network of noble Genoese residences listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which for centuries hosted distinguished guests on behalf of the Republic. During the event, palaces, villas and historic gardens open to the public, offering an immersive experience that weaves together history, architecture, art and urban identity.

The 2025 editions confirmed strong public interest: the spring sessions welcomed nearly 100,000 visitors, while the autumn edition recorded over 59,000 attendees, for a total of approximately 159,000 participants throughout the year.

Noble palaces, villas and historic gardens once again took centre stage, telling a timeless story of dialogue between nature and architecture, art and landscape. A heritage that the Group feels particularly close to, as it reflects values such as social responsibility and the protection of the local territory.
