From brand identity to organisational structure
In 2024, the launch of the new Finsea brand marked an initial step towards more clearly communicating the Group’s identity and activities. In 2025, this journey continued through a natural evolution: translating that vision into a simpler, more coherent and future-oriented organisational structure.
Over the course of the year, Finsea initiated a process of rationalisation and consolidation of its activities, working to make the Group more integrated, effective and clearly structured, while fully leveraging the expertise within its various companies.
The objective of this transformation is to strengthen collaboration, standardise processes and build a solid foundation from which to address future challenges with greater competitiveness. While every change requires time and adaptation, it represents a fundamental step in the Group’s ongoing growth and transformation.
