Inclusion: a strategic lever for growth

An inclusive company is not only fairer—it is stronger, more competitive and future-ready.
This belief was at the heart of the conference “Inclusion: a Strategic Lever for Growth”, organised by ManagerItalia in collaboration with Costa Crociere and Hub del Territorio aboard the Costa Smeralda last September. The event brought together voices and experiences from those who turn inclusion into concrete action every day.

Among the speakers, Stefania Miglietta, HR Manager of the Finsea Group, shared how listening and plurality are key tools for building an open, collaborative and growth-oriented working environment. A people-centred vision that shapes corporate culture and generates competitive advantage.

The conference offered a rich array of perspectives:

  • Costa Crociere highlighted the challenge of managing teams of over 70 nationalities, demonstrating how diversity underpins innovation and safety.
  • Giocamondo Study shared examples of investment in young talent and female leadership, proving that diversity creates value.
  • Compagnia della Tartaruga illustrated how disability can become an entrepreneurial resource, turning limitations into opportunities.
  • ManagerItalia emphasised the importance of developing leaders capable of managing complexity through transversal skills and social responsibility.

The message was clear: inclusion is not only an ethical value, but a strategic growth driver. Companies that invest in inclusion attract talent, enhance customer experience and strengthen organisational resilience.

Grazie a Stefania per aver dato voce, con passione e concretezza, alla visione di HR sostenibile e inclusivo del Gruppo Finsea.
Un impegno che parte dalle persone, si riflette sulla cultura aziendale e crea vantaggio competitivo.
