International Women’s Day: a commitment

In March, the Finsea Group celebrated International Women’s Day with a video recognising the value and contribution of the women within the organization. This has been an opportunity to reaffirm a commitment that extends far beyond a single day and is embedded deeply in the Group’s policies and corporate culture.

We continue to promote a working environment grounded in fairness, respect and inclusion, driven by the belief that change should be actively achieved through concrete, everyday actions. Our goal is to build an organisation where equal opportunities and the appreciation of diversity are an integral part of corporate life.
