Ichnusa Lines S.r.l. established: a new chapter for the Finsea Group’s passenger transport business

In December 2025, the demerger of Genova Trasporti Marittimi S.r.l. became effective, with the transfer of the “passenger transport” business unit to the newly established Ichnusa Lines S.r.l., soley owned by Finsea.
